Filling the Gaps in Home Healthcare
Angel Home Health Associates is a Pennsylvania based Home Health agency that provides skilled medical care to individuals in their homes. Founded by a local Nurse Practitioner with first-hand experience caring for adults across the healthcare continuum. Angel Home Health associates was built after our Founder noticed a disparity in home care that resulted in prolonged hospitalizations and increased hospital readmissions especially in underserved communities.

We proudly serve the underserved and financially vulnerable populations by improving access to high quality healthcare that is compassionate, accessible and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
